There are a number of activities going on at Norman Park specifically for younger children:

• Mini Trackstars - run by Norman Park Track Management for children aged between 6 and 10.
  
  Covers the majority of track and field events through activities tailored for children. All sessions are delivered by UK Athletics qualified coaches who have all undertaken a CRB check.
  
  These sessions take place each Wednesday afternoon between 4.15pm and 5.30pm, during the period Easter until approximately the October half-term. Precise dates for each year will be published on this website. Simply turn up and pay on the gate.
  
  
• Bees Academy - a scheme for children in school years 4, 5, 6 & 7.
  
  Covers the majority of track and field events through appropriately tailored activities.  All coaches are from Blackheath & Bromley Harriers AC and all are UK Athletics qualified and CRB checked.
  
  There are three 10-week terms available each year, following the school terms, booked preferably in advance. Sessions are available on Saturday mornings 9.00am to 10.00am, Monday and Wednesday evenings 6.00pm to 7.00pm. When booking you state which day you are booking, so for example you can book a term of Saturdays or a term of Mondays or a term of Wednesdays.

• Summer / Winter Buzz - Buzz athletics courses are run by NPTM on behalf of Bromley MyTime and are specifically for children aged 11 years and younger. A full list of all the Buzz activities available can be found on the Bromley MyTime website.
